The Best in Show Pet Resort - Mineola,  New York

The Mineola Pet Resort was developed for a practicing Veterinarian to provide a much needed service for his community.  This project included full provisions for Overnight Boarding with Executive and Extra Large Suites for Dogs and separate Condo area for Feline Guests, Full Grooming, Retail, and Dog Day Care.  This project  was developed with in-depth research on Long Island, new York.

Dogs-A-Jammin  - King County, Washington

This project involved developing a unique free space boarding facility for up to 60 pet guests offering overnight accommodations, dog day camp activities, basic grooming services , and  modest retail sales. This project involved ad hoc consulting services for project presentation before the King County Board of Commissioners who rendered a unanimous approving this project as the model for future pet care service businesses in King County.

Bark Avenue DayCamp - Pacheco, California

This Dog Day Care facility was developed to include dog day care activities for up to 52 pet guests along with basic grooming and retail services.  This $125,000 project  was developed to convert existing warehouse space  in an industrial area to accommodate the business activities.

The Dog Cabin - Middetown, Connecticut

This Pet Boarding and Dog Day Care facility was developed to include overnight boarding for 24 dogs and 10 cats and to offer dog day care activities for up to 12 pet guests along with basic grooming and retail services.  This $125,000 project  was developed to convert existing warehouse space  immediately adjacent to a veterinary clinic to accommodate the business activities.

Dog Day Afternoon - Boca Raton, Florida

This Dog Day Care facility was developed to include dog day care activities for up to 52 pet guests along with basic grooming and retail services.  This $1,125,000 project  was developed to purchase land and build a 6,200 square foot facility to accommodate the business activities

Petropolis - Phoenix, Arizona

Petropolis is a 19,800 square foot full service Mega Pet Resort. The spacious design provides 130 Luxury Suites and Extra Large Overnight Pet Boarding Spaces, 48 Dog Day Care Slots, and Full Service Grooming facilities.  This $3,500,000 project  was developed with in-depth research with new construction slated to break ground  later this year just Southeast of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pet Place - Burr Ridge, Illinois

This Full Service Pet Resort was developed to include full provisions for 214 Overnight Boarding for Dogs and Cats, Full Grooming, Retail, and a 48 space Dog Day Care area.  This $1,500,000 project  was developed in conjunction with local construction managers and Architects with in-depth research and is currently soliciting investors.  The project will be located in the Western Suburbs of Chicago.

Paws Inn Pet Resort Sonora , California

This project involved developing and Topgrading an existing Pet Boarding Facility into a desirable and profitable overnight boarding destination with 39 spaces for dogs and 10 for cat guests with a basic grooming service complemented  with a modest retail area adjacent to an existing veterinary Clinic.
